Expanded Tex Year Plant Opening Ceremony in Poland

Jun 5th 2019, Tex Year Europe Sp. z o. o., the one of very crucial production plant of Tex Year Group located in Poland, held an opening ceremony for the expanded plant.  We are privileged to share the completion of the very first phase of our plant establishment in Europe.To witness the great historic moment of Tex Year Group, we are honored to have the Taiwan representative of Poland, the Mayor of Gniezno and the President of ETCC for the opening ribbon cutting with us.   Tex Year continuously expands the production plants worldwide.  We devoted to maximize the capacity and to advance the technological innovation in order to meet the high standard of the customer needs. Expanded Plant of Tex Year Europe Sp. z o. o. allows us to enhance the global supply service and to offer much more competitive adhesion total solutions all over the world.  By the completion of the production plant expansion, Tex Year Group will be able to double the capacity and to fulfill the fast supply in Europe market. The newly expanded plant is 30,000 square meters, equipped with spacious production and office area.  Tex Year Group not only expanded the warehouse and the production line area but also advanced the working environment for the staffs.  We aim to meet a higher standard of customer satisfaction and continuously growing stronger with our customers.

TY Taoyuan plant has accumulated 1,035,536 accident-free work hours.

Tex Year advocates safe, innovative, and eco-friendly HMA and specialty chemical products. Besides, Tex Year also offers safe and employ- friendly workplace in order to achieve zero accident, the ultimate goal Tex Year pursues. ISHA encourages companies to engage in health and safety management to enhance the awareness of safety from employers and employees.  ISHA managed the event of “record of accident-free work hours” for the goal of zero accident at workplaces. Taoyuan plant has accumulated 1,035,536 accident –free work hours with 63 employees as participants from May 14th 2006 to Dec 31th 2018.

Tex Year always endeavors to develop easy to use and eco-friendly product for operation safety and quality assurance. Please only choose 3 seconds® when it comes to solvent free super glue purchase. 3 seconds® produced by Tex Year  How was3 seconds® invented?  Super Glue was invented by Harry Coover, the researcher of Eastman Kodak Company, USA. He found out this material has fast curing property when he developed new materials. Subsequently, the fast curing adhesive was formed accordingly and went to the market in 1958.   Hsiao Jin Cong, the founder of Tex Year, felted hopeless when first oil crisis happened in 1974. He had graduated from college and happened to reach the information of Super Glue from Japan. He was amazed by the fast curing and convenience of glue. The glue hadn’t been widely used in Taiwan at that time. Therefore, Mr. Hsiao soon became the agent of Japan’s CYANON super glue with the assistance from his friends in Japan. The glue was the first official product sold in Taiwan in 1976, the year Tex Year was found.        In 1980’s, Tex Year had already been a prestigious super glue company and registered the trademark ”3秒® and ”3 Seconds®”from BSMI. ITRI transferred the techniques of this production and formula to Tex Year in 1986 in order to have Tex Year engage in production due to being convinced by Tex Year’s marketing strength. The glue went to mass production after two years and was applied to different industries.    Since” 3秒®” ”3 Seconds®”is easy to keep in mind, it has become the generic term that refers to this type of glue by general publics.
