Tex Year (4720) reported consolidated revenue of NT$26.99 billion as of Q3 2024, reflecting an 11% YoY growth. EPS reached NT$1.23, setting a record high for the period. This strong performance was driven by stabilized raw material costs and steady shipment growth across regions, restoring the Group’s gross profit margin to normal levels. Looking ahead to Q4, Tex Year anticipates continued growth despite global economic uncertainties, including the U.S. presidential election, exchange rate fluctuations, and geopolitical tensions. Overall demand remains stronger than last year, and the Group expects full-year revenue and profit to surpass previous records.As of October 2024, green materials accounted for 88% of revenue from Tex Year’s core adhesive products, with innovative green materials contributing 22%, a 1.15% increase YoY. This reflects Tex Year’s commitment to sustainability and carbon neutrality. Tex Year is actively expanding into emerging markets. In South Asia, operations have commenced at the second Indian plant, boosting regional production capacity. In the ASEAN region, Tex Year leverages its Vietnam plant’s strategic location to enhance regional influence and plans to expand production capacity. According to the Group's Q3 2024 financial report, consolidated revenue reached NT$2.699 billion, marking an 11% annual growth rate. Earnings per share (EPS) stood at NT$1.23, setting a historical high for the same period. This growth was primarily driven by stable raw material costs and steady shipment growth across all regions, allowing the Group's gross profit margin to return to normal levels. Looking ahead to Q4, despite economic uncertainties influenced by the U.S. presidential election, exchange rate fluctuations, and geopolitical tensions, overall demand remains higher than last year. In this role, TSRAIA Chairman Mr. Tsung-Yu Huang nominated Mr. Donald Hsiao, TSRAIA Executive Director, International PR Convener, and Chairman and CEO of Tex Year Industrial Co., Ltd., to assume the position of ARAC Chair. The conference gathered suppliers from various regions to engage in lively discussions on the theme, “Bonding the Green Supply Chain, Navigating Toward a Sustainable Future."The conference began with a speech by Tex Year Group Chairman, Donald Hsiao, who outlined the group's vision and recent developments, emphasizing that "environmental sustainability" and a "green future" are not only corporate responsibilities but also key factors in future business competitiveness. Following this, the General Managers of the Hot Melt Adhesive Division, Arthur Won, and the Specialty Division, Terry Huang, each welcomed the long-term supporting suppliers with the themes "Cooperation for Mutual Benefit and Prosperity" and "Green Products, Sustainable Future." They also shared the global deployment and operational strategies of their respective divisions, stressing that "corporate sustainability," "green supply," and "net-zero emissions" are now essential DNA for all businesses worldwide, and staying ahead of these global trends is crucial.In addition to the operational updates, Tex Year Group Chief Sustainability Officer, Tim Tsao, presented “De-bonding on Demand” as the group’s ESG commitments and actions, sustainability strategy roadmap, and carbon reduction goals.
