April 22nd: Tex Year East China Operation Center ( ECOC ) opened officially.
May: In the 10th Corporate Governance Evaluation, Tex Year ranked within the 6% to 20% range of listed companies and was in the top 1% among companies with a market capitalization under 5 billion.
June 28th: Tex Year debuted at the 2024 Asia Responsible Enterprise Awards and won the Green Leadership Award
October 24th: The Innovation Exhibition Area (IEA) at the Taoyuan factory in Taiwan has been launched, and the second Supplier Conference was held.
November 28th: Tex Year GPS Thanksgiving Summit Banquet was held.
2023
March 18th: Tex Year Family Day - Rice Transplanting Experience in Yilan.
June 4th: Tex Year Technology (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. passed the evaluation of " Level 3 Work Safety Standardization" and obtained certification as a "Level 3 Work Safety Standardization Enterprise."
August 16th: The Fourth GSMEC Forum was held, using a combination of online and offline formats for the first time. Overseas Tex Year members from India, Poland, and other countries were invited to participate in this grand event.
August 18th: Wuxi Tex Year International Trading Co., Ltd. held the groundbreaking ceremony for the "Tex Year Group Operation Center & R&D Center and Wuxi New Office" renovation.
In October, the "ECOC Tex Year East China Operation Center" was officially established.
November 30th: The 3rd GPS Annual Conference was held.
2022
Held the first Tex Year Sustainable Supply Chain Webinar.
Attended and presented at the 2022 World Adhesives and Sealants Conference (WAC) in Chicago.
On May 10, Tex Year has formed a joint venture company with MINIMA TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD., called “TEX YEAR MINIMA TECHNOLOGY INC.”
Held first GPS online seminar in Taiwan - 2022 Green Carbon Reduction Packaging Trend Forum.
On November 29, Tex Year held GPS 2nd Annual Conference to share information on carbon reduction countermeasures for traditional & electronic industry packaging materials.
2021
BIO-Based Hot Melt Adhesives received 2 certificates from DIN Certco, including Bio-degradable and Bio-based Adhesives.
Tex Year cooperate with “Safe Rice”, one of the best contract farming, in adopting organic rice field. We support native farmers using eco-friendly way to provide organic, healthy, and wonderful rice.
Tex Year Group Jiangsu Factory Obtained BRCGS Global Food Safety Standard Certification.
Tex Year Award of the 6th Taiwan Mittelstand Enterprise.
Tex Year Group established the "Green Platform Strategy"(GPS) cooperation platform on November 3rd.
