Established Tex Year Co. Ltd. (Viet Nam) in Binh Duong province brought in Japan OSHIKA’s technology collaboration to manufacture Water-based Woodworking Adhesive Products.

• Tex Year works with Adhesive Technologies Inc., a big hot melt adhesive manufacturer in the U.S., to do strategically cooperation in production and marketing. Adhesive Technologies Inc. brought in leading production technologies and its capital supports to Tex Year and be elected as Tex Year's Board Member.

2003

Founded Tex Year Business Machine (Shenzhen) Co. Ltd. in Guangdong Province, China, which manufactures OA products such as laminators and glue binding machines. Received the ISO 9001:2000 certification with zero shortcomings.

2002

Introduced the new computerized TIP-TOP ERP system. Established Tex Year Chemistry Industry Technology (Shenzhen) Co. Ltd. in Guangdong Province, China, which sells thermal adhesives, Toe puff, and AB glue.

2001

Company stocks went over the counter (4720). Conducted joint venture with Matsumura Oil Research Corp. (Japan) to establish the Wuxi More Tex Technology Co. Ltd. in the Wuxi National New & High Tech Industry Development Zone in Jiangsu Province, China, which sells bathroom supplies, thermal adhesive for assembly and packaging, and industrial lubricants.
